Using WorkAuto

WorkAuto provides a public introduction and sample workspace, with account features supplied through Sites-managed ChatGPT sign-in. Education and career modules are optional. Follow the applicable identity provider terms and age requirements. The current Education and career-tools pilots require users to confirm they are 18 or older.

These terms govern your use of WorkAuto features. If you do not agree, do not use the account features. You may still read this information and contact the operator. See the Privacy notice for information about data handling.

Your account and conduct

Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in and represent an organisation or institution only with authority. Do not impersonate others, harass people, send spam, publish unlawful content, distribute malicious files or try to bypass permissions. Respect other people’s privacy, intellectual property and chosen audiences. Do not publish someone’s private location, contact details or confidential records without appropriate authority.

Your content and choices

You retain your rights in content you submit. You allow WorkAuto and its service providers to store, display and process it as needed to operate the features and audiences you select. Only upload or publish content you are entitled to share. You are responsible for reviewing content, recipients and audience before sending or publishing. Shared and downloaded copies may remain with recipients.

Communities, institutions and organisations

Owners, administrators and moderators have permissions scoped to their assigned spaces. An institution or employer approval means the relevant reviewer recorded a decision; it is not independent accreditation, professional licensing or a guarantee of legitimacy. Reporting and support controls are available inside the app and through Contact.

Opportunities and career services

Job and project listings are supplied by their publishers. Check the role, terms, employer and any payment request before proceeding. WorkAuto does not guarantee employment, admission, scholarships, qualifications, mentoring suitability or a successful placement.

Career preparation checklists are self-reported. A mentoring relationship begins through mutual acceptance. Advisor availability is self-published; bookings do not certify qualifications or provide emergency, medical, legal or financial services. Reschedule by cancelling and booking another slot. Outcome reports are self-reported until a distinct employer confirmation is recorded; employer confirmation is not an independent credential check.

Current service limits

Correspondence and urgent messages are delivered inside WorkAuto. External email, carrier SMS, closed-app push, reliable background scheduled delivery, external calendar sync and production video relay are not universally connected. Calendar files are one-time copies. PWA installation does not provide offline access to private server records. Live location updates depend on permissions and an open, visible panel; do not rely on them for emergency or safety monitoring.

Do not rely on example data as a real person, venue, partnership or opportunity. Manual ChatGPT handoffs and external sites are separate services. Their own terms apply when you choose to use them.

Moderation, availability and account closure

WorkAuto may restrict content or account access to investigate abuse, enforce these rules, respond to a valid legal requirement or protect the service. Where available, use support and appeal controls to challenge a moderation decision. Access can be interrupted by maintenance, failures or provider limitations; uninterrupted service and recovery of every working copy are not guaranteed. Keep independent copies of important material.

You can use the account controls for export, deactivation and closure. Organisational ownership or shared obligations may need attention before closure. The Privacy notice explains relevant deletion limits.

Rights, changes and contact

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Separate written arrangements are needed for paid services, institution commitments or other commercial promises; this app does not create them automatically. Changes will be published with an updated date. Contact the operator through the Contact form or in-app support with questions or concerns.
